Heather Graham bio

Heather Graham is a certified coach, facilitator and consultant who has worked with wide range of not-for-profit leaders and organizations for over 30 years to build their capacity to be effective and successful partners. In addition, she has provided 'authentic collaboration' training and workshops to numerous community hubs, networks and collectives across the Greater Toronto Area.

Heather coaches seniors leaders and boards to develop collaboration skills sets and processes, and facilitates planning processes for collaborations at various stages of development to identify collective impact opportunities and priorities. She has had the opportunity to be involved in some key collaboration research and policy initiatives, including Hospital-Community Collaboration (University of Toronto); Service Delivery Collaboration in Toronto (Wellesley Institute), Strengthening Collaboration in the Not-for Profit Sector (United Way Toronto and Ontario Nonprofit Network) and Collaborative Governance (Ontario Health Teams).

Linda Mollenhauer bio

Linda Mollenhauer is Chair of Ignite NPS, a foundation committed to igniting new ways of working in the nonprofit sector.

She co-created and funded the Reimagining Governance Lab with the Ontario Nonprofit Network (ONN) and The Collaborative Organization with the Tamarack Institute.

Linda led a consulting practice for over 20 years working with funders and non-profit organizations. She guided organizations and alliances toward excellence in governance, leadership, change management, engagement and strategic planning.

In collaboration with others, she has published resources, such as Trends and Forces Reshaping Nonprofit Organizations; Board Oversight of Not-for-Profit Collaboration (CPA); Benchmarks of Excellence for the Voluntary Sector; A Framework for Success for Nonprofit Federations; and Collaboration Coach.

Prior to her consulting practice, she was CEO of Imagine Canada and was director of its national social marketing campaign encouraging giving and volunteering. She has a master’s degree in communications from Boston University.

Catherine Lang bio

Catherine Lang has worked in management and consulting with social economy organizations for over 25 years. Her practice has engaged funders, nonprofits, academics, networks, and emerging community groups in partnership development, developmental evaluation and impact assessment, program design, and social entrepreneurship.

A seasoned facilitator, Catherine developed and presented webinars and workshops, and coached groups on collaboration, community-based evaluation, impact assessment, and social enterprise. She has co-authored papers, tools and guides for nonprofits, including: Innovation Pathways: Tools for Rural & Northern Community Innovation; What Makes it Rural? A Policy Guide; Strengthening Collaboration in the Not-for-Profit Sector (Ontario Trillium Foundation); Building Collaboration in and With the Nonprofit Sector (ONN); Reflections on Rural Social Enterprise in Ontario (Rural Social Enterprise Constellation). She was a partner in the Collaboration Coach project.

Catherine holds a Masters degree in Adult Education as well as a BA in Sociology and Philosophy and a Bachelor of Social Work.
